Impact of Job Stress of Housing Managers on Psychological Burnout and Mental Health

Abstract
The research is conducted targeting 245 housing managers to determine how much job stress affects psychological burnout and mental health. The main results of it are as follows. First of all, the research reveals three results when it comes to general characteristic factors such as gender, age, education, employment period, and possession of certification or not. Second, job stress is a significant factor having tile influence on psychological burnout with the standardized regression coefficient(¥â) of 0.649. Third, job stress is not a significant factor having the influence on mental health with the standardized regression coefficient(¥â) of -.022. Psychological burnout is a significant factor having the influence on mental health with the standardized regression coefficient(¥â) .825. Fourth, when it comes to influence of job stress on mental health, mediation effect of psychological burnout is statistically significant with the indirect effect of .536.
